Surveys Based on Reservations

Account Settings  > Setting Up Backoffice to MI > Surveys Based on Reservations

Setting up Jonas Activity Management (JAM) or Jonas Encore Booking Modules with MemberInsight allows surveys to be sent based on reservations rather than transactions.


Booking modules can be configured to send recipients to MemberInsight if they have a reservation in one of the booking modules within JAM or Jonas Encore.
 

  1. Select Appointment Booking > Appointments Settings

  2. Select General tab

  3. Send Bookings to Member Insight: Select check box to enable

  4. Department Code: Select department 

    • If department is not available in drop-down - create a new department

  5. Member Insight Update:

    • Scheduled - Once a day at scheduled time. Time can be changed by: 

      1. System Administration > Setups > Integrations 

      2. Select MemberInsight

      3. Select MemberInsight > Profile tab

      4. Synchronization section - Process Time

    • On Check In 

  6. Select Save 

  1. Select Class Scheduling > Class Settings

  2. Select General tab

  3. Send Bookings to Member Insight: select check box to enable

  4. Department Code: Select department 

    • If department is not available in drop-down - create a new department

  5. Member Insight Update:

    • Scheduled - Once a day at scheduled time. Time can be changed by: 

      1. System Administration > Setups > Integrations 

      2. Select MemberInsight

      3. Select MemberInsight > Profile tab

      4. Synchronization section - Process Time

    • On Check In 

  6. Select Save 

  1. Select Court Booking > Court Settings

  2. Select General tab

  3. Send Bookings to Member Insight: select check box to enable

  4. Department Code: Select department 

    • If department is not available in drop-down - create a new department

  5. Member Insight Update:

    • Scheduled - Once a day at scheduled time. Time can be changed by: 

      1. System Administration > Setups > Integrations 

      2. Select MemberInsight

      3. Select MemberInsight > Profile tab

      4. Synchronization section - Process Time

    • On Check In 

  6. Select Save 

  1. Select Dining Reservations > Dining Settings

  2. Select Other tab

  3. Send Bookings to Member Insight: select check box to enable

  4. Department Code: Select department 

    • If department is not available in drop-down - create a new department

  5. Member Insight Update:

    • Scheduled - Once a day at scheduled time. Time can be changed by: 

      1. System Administration > Setups > Integrations 

      2. Select MemberInsight

      3. Select MemberInsight > Profile tab

      4. Synchronization section - Process Time

    • On Check In 

  6. Select Save 

  1. Select Event Management > Event Settings

  2. Select General tab

  3. Send Bookings to Member Insight: select check box to enable

  4. Department Code: Select department 

    • If department is not available in drop-down - create a new department

  5. Member Insight Update:

    • Scheduled - Once a day at scheduled time. Time can be changed by: 

      1. System Administration > Setups > Integrations 

      2. Select MemberInsight

      3. Select MemberInsight > Profile tab

    • On Check In 

  6. Select Save 

Tee Times - only applicable for clubs using Jonas Club Management Tee Times.
