Dash

The Dash section is used to quickly view the statistics generated using the scores and comments from the surveys.
 
Click Dash in MemberInsight to access the statistics and more information can be found below.

Dash - Filter

Option to specify time frame, type of survey and department statistics to view in the Dash section.

Find more information about the following 5 sections: NPS Score, Drop-outs, Follow ups, Loyalty Shift and Responses

How can I improve?

See the information that was generated as a result of assigning Response Tags to identify areas of improvement.
